Unless otherwise stated, we only work on ice hockey jerseys.
Kits are ordered as a jersey arrives, and jerseys are customized on a first-come, first-serve basis
Kits are inspected to ensure accuracy, however variations in design occur. We do our best to get them as close to on-ice as possible, however in the case of especially vintage jerseys there were no standards so it makes it very difficult to be perfect.
Payment is due within 48 hours of customization being completed unless discussed ahead of time. Jersey not paid for within 15 calendar days will be sold to recoup costs.
Rush service is $50/jersey, and is available upon request. Please contact us before requesting a rush to ensure that we can offer it. This add-on jumps the jersey to the front of the queue, but is still beholden to the kit production times.
This is a WAIT LIST. The purpose of this is to not only keep the queue at a reasonable level, but to keep your jersey in YOUR hands as much as possible! Please wait until you get a “send it in” email before sending in your jersey(s)!
